Madys horse

One day while at the tack shop I spoke with another lady in the store. She just so happened to have a horse that unleaded and desperate for another person to love her. So basically mady is now working at the painted bar farm in exchange for this horse. It's great!!! Mady is working hard around the farm and gets to ride anytime she wants. She loves it!

Vegetarian food

The best part about Ithaca is all the vegetarian restaurants. Even the non vegetarian places ALL offer veggie options! The kids and I are enjoying tofu quesadillas & chips at Viva Cantina! Yummm!

It's been a million years!!!!!!!!!

Hello strangers! lol. Well it has been SOOOOO long since I posted LAST August! Yikes... so here is the short version of a much longer story. Last August Madison got accepted into a very cool Charter School called New Roots in Ithaca, NY. So we all packed up and moved to Ithaca! Madison loves her new school and has made tons of friends and is doing very well. Harry and Carrie are attending a school that had 3rd through 12th grade all in one building so they get to go to the same school. Had we stayed in RI, all 3 would have been in different schools.

So here we are in Ithaca, NY. I am working at Madisons school as the exercise and fitness instructor and I also started my business (The Wednesday Society) here in NY.

We are all doing well and have transitioned just fine. We still go back and forth to RI every other weekend or so. I love the driving back and forth... I find it relaxing beleive it or not.

This picture is our very long driveway leading to the new house. The house is WAYYYY in the country, 4 acres of land with a big pond and a barn. We still have no clue what you actually do with that much land and have no idea how it will get mowed in the summer but we have a while before we have to deal with that yet. lol.

So hopefully from now forward I will keep up with posting again. :-) Hope everyone is well!
