Hello dear Heathershenhouse With all that's going on in the world, now is NOT the time to put your mental and emotional health on the back burner! It's time to embrace self-care (real self-care, not this "wine o' clock" BS) and do a deep dive into self-awareness and personal growth. It's time to focus on becoming/staying mentally strong and resilient.... especially if you are prone to depression or anxiety! You're safe at home, you can't go out, so how about working through some of the drama, trauma, and issues that have plagued you?  For the next week, I'm offering "pay what you can" coaching sessions. It's a sliding scale and YOU decide what to pay.  No one should be without coaching/counseling right now... I'm meeting with my coach too! (Always look for a coach that has their own coach!)  So, all you have to do is message me and we'll set up a session time that is convenient for you! Sessions are 45 minutes and we can work on whatever you like. HUGE PERSONAL ANNOUNCEMENT!!! 😊

I can not believe that I get to announce this......

Hello dear Heathershenhouse What a week!!!!???!!!! So besides the Coronavirus, full moon, Friday the 13th, I broke my toe, and the overall weirdness of society right now........... I have something truly miraculous to announce.... I'M GOING TO BE A GRANDMA!!!!  My oldest daughter Madison is pregnant with our very first grandchild. Holy shit ya'll!! So I'm happy and freaked out at the same time. I don't feel old enough to be a grandma.... like wasn't it just yesterday that I was walking home from school and gossiping about boys with my bff? Alas, that was 30 years ago!?!?!  Anyway. Things change, time fly's, emotions ebb and flow, but life goes on.  Speaking of.... how are you doing amid the "Corona-craziness?" If you are struggling, please feel free to reach out to me! I have opened my cal to accommodate extra time to talk to people... at no charge!  Just remember, the very best thing you can do for yourself during this time is to focus on what makes you happy!
